Festival short description

The Innsbruck Nature Film Festival (INFF) is an international film competition, offering filmmakers a platform for presenting their latest work. The focus is set on films that deal with the topic of nature and environment. The program consists of about 50 long and short films. In 2021 we celebrate our 20th edition! Four film festival days with film presentations and a high-quality side program (scientific talks, industry/networking meetings, workshops, excursions, art exhibitions, Director‘s Dinner and the International Nature Festival taking place in parallel) are the framework for an on-topic, ecological and artistic discourse. Since 2020 we have moved to Cinema Metropol where we can show films on a big screen to 240 spectators and use the so called „Couch-room“ for cozy discussions.
